✅After 8 years in engineering, here are 10 things I’ve learned the hard way. 👩‍💻✨

Some came from great mentors. Most came from mistakes, long nights, and quiet realizations.

1️⃣ Your first manager shapes you more than your first company. Pick the one who challenges you, not just the one who praises you.

2️⃣ You’ll always earn more by switching companies. Internal promotions rarely match what the market thinks you’re worth.

3️⃣ Soft skills matter more than technical brilliance. The best engineers aren’t always the smartest; they’re the ones who can communicate clearly.

4️⃣ Rigor beats speed. Anyone can move fast; few can move fast and right.

5️⃣ Never overshare at work. People remember what you say more than you think they do.

6️⃣ Stay friendly, not personal. Getting too close to colleagues often complicates what should stay professional.

7️⃣ Promotions don’t always mean growth. Sometimes a lateral move or a new challenge grows you more than a new title.

As a software engineer, I think about trust all the time.

When you build systems or products people rely on, trust is not a feature you add later.
It is the base everything else stands on.
 A few weeks ago, I was looking for gifts for my niece.
Something small, thoughtful, and safe.

That’s when I came across Little Joys.

I picked up the box just to take a quick look, expecting nothing unusual.
But then I noticed something interesting.. a small QR code on the side 
Out of curiosity, I scanned it.
And it opened an actual lab report.
Actual levels of protein and heavy metals present in the pack. Each batch wise data. 
Not a fancy graphic or a marketing claim, but real data.

And honestly, that stuck with me.

So seeing a brand use something as simple as a QR code to do the same, to earn trust instead of demanding it, really stood out to me. 
In a space where so many brands talk about doing the right thing  Little Joys is actually showing it.

And maybe that is what real innovation looks like today.
Not just using technology to move faster,
But using it to help people feel a little safer, a little more confident, and a little more connected.

Because in the end, technology is not only about building smarter products. It is about helping people trust better.

Google didn’t just release Gemini 3. It raised the ceiling on what these models can do. ❤️💙💚💛

The update feels intentional, more capable and noticeably stronger than ever.

A few shifts stand out:

▪️Gemini 3 Pro handles longer, more reliable reasoning chains.
▪️Deep Think gives you higher-effort reasoning when a question needs more depth.
▪️Gemini 3 Flash becomes faster and lighter without losing accuracy.
▪️Nano Banana Pro pushes on-device intelligence forward, especially for multimodal work.
▪️Antigravity mode cuts latency in a way you feel immediately.

Gemini 3 outperforms other leading models across major benchmarks. It scores 37.5% on Humanity’s Last Exam and rises to about 41% with Deep Think. For comparison, ChatGPT (GPT-5.1) is at 26.5%, and Claude Sonnet 4.5 is at 13.7%. 

On ScreenSpot Pro, Gemini reaches 72.7%, well above Claude (36.2%) and GPT-5.1 (3.5%). MathArena Apex shows the same pattern: Gemini at 23.4%, while others stay near 1%.

Its puzzle-solving ability also takes a clear leap. On ARC-AGI-2, Gemini 3 Pro reaches 31.1%, and Deep Think pushes that to 45.1%. 

The earlier version was at 4.9%, so the jump in visual and logical reasoning is substantial and puts it comfortably ahead of competing models.

What ties this release together is the spread. The Pro models, the lighter Flash models and the on-device Nano Banana Pro all improve at once. 

The stack feels more cohesive and better aligned with how people actually work: faster responses, stronger reasoning and more intelligence available directly on devices.

It feels like Google has raised the expectations for everything that comes next in the field of AI.✌️

I'm very emotional right now. 🙏

Hitting this 50K follower milestone on Instagram feels incredible. This journey has definitely been tough, but I can honestly say it was completely worthwhile. Thank you to every single person who has followed and supported my work.

It takes so much to create video content, especially when you have to balance it with a demanding full-time 9-to-5 job. The grind has been real.

I don’t even remember a weekend after my last vacation in July where I didn’t have to work on content. On Saturday nights, when I should be chilling and binge-watching a series, I am writing scripts and planning. On Sunday noons, instead of catching up on my sleep debt, I am busy recording.

My workouts have really suffered too. I was so consistent earlier, but now, due to this extended work schedule, I often miss moving my body, and I am not proud of it.

In spite of all of this, I just keep going because I know the one thing that Instagram or anything you want to grow, in general demands is consistency. I have to show up every single day.

This is a huge milestone for me, and I’m so proud.

Let me spill it today🫣

Authenticity & Orginiality.

Many people are surprised with my consistency  and when they ask me how? I tell them almost 80 percent of what I post is written or rewritten with an LLM. 👀

Most people use Gemini or LLM as it is. They type a prompt and accept whatever shows up. What they miss is that you can train it to speak in your voice. 🙌

Go to Settings and write your own instructions.
-> Set the tone.
-> Set the rhythm.
-> Define what clear writing means to you.

Once you do that, the model stops sounding generic and starts sounding like you.✌️

This matters even more now because LinkedIn is full with AI generated content now a days. You can see it in the posts. You can see it in the comments.💯

And honestly, people just scroll past it. They don’t want to read it because we all know there is no real value. It’s just noise. 

People assume the writing style in my posts is all me. The truth is simpler. I shaped my model to follow how I think:

• A natural flow that is easy to follow
• Hook & Pacing that holds attention
• Language simple and clean and
• Ideas explained in a easy to understand way

The same idea applies to visuals. With Google Banana, one instruction can make a big difference. I just tell it to keep my facial features 100 percent same and intact & my AI generated images look exactly like me.🤩

If you care about clarity, consistency, or building a voice that feels intentional, try it out. This small tweak can turn a generic output into something that feels unmistakably yours.

Last night, I ordered my usual Hyderabadi biryani.

Cracking the Coding Interview gets a lot of hype for Job Prep, but that’s not why I recommend it.

I like it because it builds your problem-solving habits from the ground up. It introduces data structures and algorithms in a clear, practical way. 🙌

The chapter-end quizzes force you to check your understanding rather than skim.

Its explanations of recursion and memoization are simple and direct, and the Big O chapter is one of the clearest guides to time and space complexity you’ll find. ✨

If you already know problem solving and DSA well, you might not get much new from it. But if you’re just starting, this is a strong first step.
