With a foundation in research and built with a strengths-based approach, it's important to activate the unique genius in each team to increase engagement, lift performance and enhance the employee experience. I was a member of the Hybrid Strategy & Teams Solutions organization that set the stage for unleashing the power of teams across Cisco.

To do that there is the facilitation of the "Power of Teams" with internal Cisco's dynamic and static teams. Power of Teams is a workshop program developed for Cisco employees, developed internally at Cisco, based on internal research of our best performing teams. 

As a response to world occurrences from 2019-2022 the Power of Teams portfolio expanded to include a "Virtual Health Check" program. The purpose was to check in with teams on how they are doing as human beings, and engage them in conversations about trust, priorities and rituals to support resiliency during times of great uncertainty. 

With the increased demand for the program and scalability, our team had also trained and certified HR Partners from all areas of Cisco to support delivery. We also created a Community of Practice to support them in their certification process and the ongoing success of the certified community. I had the pleasure of representing our team in solution offerings specifically for the Engineering and CX Organizations.  

To support the collaboration, effectiveness and business acumen of Cisco Senior Leaders and critical business teams, Team Coaching workshops are also designed/facilitated (1-3 days) with a customized approach to help with the accelerated rate of change, evolving strategic focus, and productive team dynamics.

PTP is a global CX (Customer Experience) consultancy firm partnering with organizations to provide innovative customer experience (CX) solutions that transform how they engage and enchant their customers across marketing, sales and contact center. PTP partners with companies to develop and implement customer experience solutions transforming how they engage their customers. 

Worked virtually in a home office in Seattle as a Business Development Executive, collaborating with Senior Account Executives in building existing accounts while engaging in new business development opportunities. Coordinated closely with Marketing to build customer insights to better connect with the PTP audience in the CX market. Actively participated in the Holacracy adoption at PTP as team facilitator. 

EI Challenge Lead Role - Design, program management, and facilitation of the company's fourth Emotional Intelligence challenge for all PTP'ers. Presented Onboarding program updates at PTP's All Hands meetings May 2016, and EI educational content at PTP's All Hands Meetings November 2016. 

Coached an internal volunteer group of 9 Peer Group Facilitators on a monthly basis in preparation for facilitating their own Emotional Intelligence Challenge group. Was a member of the PTP Emotional Intelligence Circle, participating in weekly calls discussing EI Challenge 4, as well as Emotional Intelligence related projects, programs, and content.
