At McDonald's India, his first challenge was to turn around the family business (happy meals). A consumer focused happy meal calendar along with a multi-pronged strategy involving engagement of the parent, child and restaurant staff delivered double digit growth for the brand. An year later, he got additional P&L responsibility for menu management . In a category, wherein the obvious was to romance food, we took up the decision to connect with the consumer through point of view consumer insight driven brand campaigns. This strategy didn't just reinvigorate brand love, trust and empathy but also turned around the overall business towards positive momentum.

A 4 year long stint at Dishtv laid the foundation of his career in marketing. He disrupted a category known for packs/channels with 3 differentiated consumer products, each crafted with a unique positioning strategy. This paved way for dishtv to continue to remain exciting for the consumer as well as maintain its leadership position in the category by growing in double digits.
