Vice President of Operations

•	Oversee Operations, Strategy, Customer Experience, Contact Centers, Sales, Fulfillment, and Service Centers (Domestic & International; B2C & B2B).
•	Manage budget, prepare financials, reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

o	Introduced 5 new sales channels.
o	Started in-house Service Centers and launched new warehouse.
•	In charge of Customer Experience: Introduced Net Promoter Score (NPS) and closed-loop process - now ranked higher than brands like Apple and Amazon.
•	Manage culture and employee experience, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
•	Identify areas of process enhancement, implementing automation tools and best practices to increase efficiency and quality.
o	Introduced “Personal Shopping” experiences that customers can have with our associates.
•	Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
•	Revised Customer Service to be WOW! Center where associates are given the training, processes, and empowerment to do what is best for the customer the first time.
•	Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure optimal terms and conditions.

✶Deliver work people can rely on.
✶Offer smart improvements.
✶Communicate clearly.
✶Know what numbers matter.

✶Handle real issues.

I have sat in “strategic” meetings
that felt powerful in the moment.
But changed nothing:

Most strategy meetings feel productive.

But nothing changes after.

I’ve seen this a lot.

➸Great ideas.
➸Lots of talking.
➸Everyone nods.

Three months later…

No progress.

Not because people are lazy,
because the plan was never clear.

As always, it's all about strategy.

Good strategy starts with the basics.

1️⃣First, understand the present.

➛What do we believe?
➛What have we learned before?
➛What ideas are coming from the team?
➛What is changing in the market?

2️⃣Then ask the big question.

➛Why do we exist?
That is your mission.

3️⃣Next, get honest.

➛Where are we strong?
➛Where are we weak?

4️⃣Then look outside.

➛What opportunities are opening up?
➛What threats could slow us down?

5️⃣Now you can look forward.

➛What does success look like?
➛What results must happen next?
➛What should be true in 3–5 years?

6️⃣Then make it real.

➛What actions move us forward?
➛Who owns them?

Because no owner means no progress.

And finally…

7️⃣Track the work.

➛What is working?
➛What needs to change?

Strategy is not a document.

It is a rhythm.

A simple reset you can try this week:

⌦Write your mission in one sentence.
⌦Choose one key objective.
⌦Assign one clear owner.
⌦Track progress every week.
⌦Adjust when reality changes.

Clear thinking.

Clear ownership.

That is how strategy turns into results.
