Darrel Frater is the Founder and Managing Partner of TGN Ventures (“The Good News”), an early-stage investment firm backing funds and companies that expand economic mobility while delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns.

Alongside his wife Rosely, he is also the Co-Founder of The Center for Faith & Business, a faith-based small business resource center and registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to equipping entrepreneurs to build values-driven businesses rooted in biblical principles and practical wisdom. Through the Center, they are leading the development of Plaza 210, a faith-driven entrepreneurial campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Prior to launching TGN Ventures, Darrel spent four years in venture capital, serving as a Senior Associate at Serac Ventures and as an Investment Associate at Visible Hands. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA with a focus in Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership from The College of New Jersey.

Darrel is a devoted servant of Jesus Christ, a husband, and father of two. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and serves at Metropolitan Baptist Church.
