Goodman

Goodman is a global property group that own, develop and manage quality, sustainable properties close to consumers, and we’re dedicated to working together to make the world a better place for our customers, our people and the communities we operate in.

Duties and responsibilities:
I worked within a small and experienced design team at Goodman to work on various projects. Including reports, newsletters, fact sheets, corporate brochures, leasing brochures, advertisements, signage/hoardings, proposals, internal communications, corporate Identity, creating or updating new branding guidelines, Gif animations, web graphics, internal image library management and providing general design feedback/support to other Goodman Marketing offices.

Key achievements: 
+ I have completed to the satisfaction of more than assigned 30 projects to myself during my contract booking assignment. 
+ I have also speedy assisted and supported in design of other Senior Designers, Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing team members with several of their assigned projects. Those projects are from urgent, immediate matters to highly prioritized ones on the system.

Noni B Group

Noni B Group is a national retailer with over 1400 stores of 9 successful apparel brands, including Ezibuy, Noni B, Rockmans, Autograph, beme, W. Lane, Crossroads, Katies, Millers, and Rivers.

My role as their Digital Designer Contractor was to coordinate with the E-commerce team of each brand to produce and design daily EDMs, Social Media Posts (Facebook, Instagram, Web banners), and restyle landing pages. Brands that I've been honoured to work with included Ezibuys Australia, Autograph, and Rockmans. 

Challenges: 
+ Fast-paced and required a high level of adaptation and concentration to move to work from one brand to another.

Key achievements: 
+ Effectively communicated and worked with E-commerce team members from different brands. 
+ Produced on schedule daily EDMs and other design requirements with a touch of refreshment with my style and ideas while keeping the essence of the brand's recognition and core style guide. The Average number of EDMs of each brand is from 3-4 per day and has a length of between 4-9 sessions.

Digital Graphic Designer

Canva

My duty was to do a basic usability review to help clear the queue. I reviewed template designs for posters, invitations, social media graphics, videos, logos, and other similar design products, created within Canva’s drag-and-drop design tool. I provided feedback on the overall quality of each design, as well as giving feedback on the usability of the template and any design tweaks that need to be made from an aesthetic point of view.

Key achievements:
+ Reviewed and perfected over 22,000 templates to Canva’s public library.
+ Trained and Onboarding 3 new reviewers.
Software: Canva, Notion, Slack, Zoom.

Design Reviewer

The Kinetic Agency

The Kinetic Agency needed a Creative Artworker | Graphic Designer with a good understanding of essential finished art and print, a bit OCD, great attention to detail, militant about brand guidelines, a fast learner, and technically mindedness.

I started the role as a freelancer with the original three months contract and got extended for another two months before I moved to the next role. I helped the POS team speed up and keep up with the tight deadline required from Kinetic's clients. 

The Kinetic Agency is a fast-paced, FMCG-focused integrated creative agency based in the Inner West of Sydney. I got to work with a great range of well-known global alcohol, chocolate and snack brands here.

Clients: Lyre's Spirit Co Non-Alcoholic Spirits, Pernod Ricard, Accolade Wines, Moët & Chandon, Absolut Vodka, Orlando Wines and more.

Huskee

+ Working as an in-house Graphic Designer (contractor)
+ I handle all the creative sides of Huskee Australia.
+ I have produced marketing accesses and proposal presentations for Huskee.
