UX Designer

The City Tutors

• Conducted a web audit alongside researchers and a product manager for a tutoring and mentoring website.
• Conducted a series of user interviews and usability tests across 16 participants to understand the users’ needs and usability issues, to assess
ease of navigation, and review content organization and clarity for an improved end-to-end user experience.
• Analyzing user feedback to identify areas for improvement, providing insights and recommendations for further improvements to enable the
client to improve the user experience and remediate across the key eight associated challenges (i.e., content clarity).
• Presented a competitive analysis report to provide a comprehensive list of business insights and specification enhancements identified via
benchmarking other competitors’ best practices (i.e., improve information architecture) to stakeholders.

UX Researcher

Perceive Now, Inc.

• Collaborated with a team of designers, engineers, and a product manager to design an MVP of a web app with data visualizations for KPI, M&A, and R&D trends using AI, that aids decision-making and strategic planning.
• Engaged in desk research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, influence the product strategy, which led to enhance the company's competitive position in the market.
• Implemented an efficient design system in Figma, leading to a 17% boost in workflow efficiency and ensuring uniformity across various products and features and to streamline the design process for designers and developers.

NIVAATA SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED

• Collaborated closely with the product manager to establish a cross-platform design system, and high-fidelity mockups for a ride-sharing mobile app, ensuring consistency and a seamless user experience across various devices and operating systems.
• Became the key driver behind the refinement of the iOS product, utilizing Human Interface Guidelines to ensure compliance with the industry standards and best practices.
• Partnered with software developers to ensure high-quality implementation and warranted the final product met the intended design and functionality standards.

Aspired

• Crafted user research plans, including interview scripts, and usability test scripts for the redesign of Aspired's Merchant Portal to identify the users’ needs.
• Refined 26 high-fidelity screens and prototypes, using Figma, resulting in 9% increase of product usability primarily driven by enhanced navigation features.
• Directed a team of four UX designers, facilitating efficient task delegation to meet project deadlines in a consistent and timely approach.

Stealth Startup

• Oversaw the design efforts as the primary designer for a healthcare application catering to pet dog owners in the United States.
• Conducted thorough research, heuristic evaluations, and employed a diverse set of design methodologies, including creating storyboards, crafting user flows, wireframes, and engaging in the iterative design process, which included UI design, interactive prototypes, and usability testing.
• Applied a user-centric approach by conducting two rounds of remote usability testing, involving 15 participants. Synthesized valuable insights from user feedback to inform design iterations, ensuring a user-friendly and effective application interface.

Product Designer

Chrome Communications Limited

• Created designs, logos, GIF animations, concepts, and campaign promotions for marketing purposes using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Delegated, created, and scheduled content and designs for 20+ clients from the food & beverage and fashion industries.
• Managed up to five projects/tasks at a given time while under pressure to meet weekly deadlines.

From crafting visuals to shaping experiences, I've transformed from a visual designer to a UX enthusiast. Through this journey, design has taught me the power of empathy, iteration, and collaboration.

My approach? It's simple: I believe in infusing every pixel with purpose, making products not just aesthetically pleasing but intuitively user-friendly. From research to prototypes, I thrive on transforming abstract ideas into tangible, user-centric solutions that leave a lasting impact.
