Accomplishment
• Fastest ramp to mass capacity for a delivery station in Amazon History 3 weeks after Site Launch
• Responsible for 70,000-90,000 packages deliver daily at 98.9% success. 
•direct reports pre-site 260 daily -3000 ‘during peak’ 
• Enabled daily attainment of the goal of 98.75% at the lowest cost; this resulted in the station increasing EADC from 93.44% at launch to an average of 99.05%. While becoming cost positive.
• Created formula of how many RTS shipments the station can have for the day to exceed the goal, communicated to the DSP teams so that they hit target, and mitigates returns. The best practice influenced counterpart at six other location across the network to adopt this process. 
• Managed site P&L
.Owned the LOST reduction initiative, LOST products were reduced by 98.29%
• Reduced RTS routes need per day, this is an annual savings of $261K annually. This was a vital part of the station success of running at a loss of ($526K) in August to profitability in September of $75K and December of $49K.
• Unique perspective to tailor solutions for stand-alone and co-lo environments; in 2016 with the launch of co-los while still using stand-alone methods. 
SCOPE OF ROLE
•Act as second in command to Station Manager to achieve station safety, quality, productivity and CE performance
•Own operational metrics for area of responsibility, achieve a 3000 FPH and a 4 hour Sort, ensure a 30 min UTR for all dispatch waves, ensure rescues are executed and with no OODT on Road, RTS of 2% or less to meet 98% FDS and within EAD
•interact with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives
•Oversee scheduling, staffing requirements for area of responsibility and drive appropriate labor orders and associate performance (3000 FPH) 
•Act as an SME on all process areas of the station. Take initiative to identify opportunities and drive process improvements

•Developed a new picking process for employees in the CDC. Result: A dramatic increase in the overall efficiency of selectors within the first week of implementation. The new process also freed up time for management to focus on other projects and spend more time on the plant floor with employees.
•Effective management of daily workloads and adjusting resources accordingly. Result: An average of less than 4 hours on over time used a week between staff of 20 employees. 
•Effectively enforce company safety, work and housekeeping standards. Result: Decrease in work related injuries in the department, reduction in daily errors and an increase in the over cleanliness on the warehouse. 
•Effectively direct and train employees holding them accountable to current policies and procedures. Result: An increase in the number of employees cross trained improving the overall efficiency of the department.
•Responsible for training new supervisors in the department. Result: Well-trained supervisors who understand how to manage their operation and deliver the desired result. As well as identify potential process improvement projects. 
•Successful evaluated a need for improvement in current pallet picking process. Worked with our Germany affiliates to improve as well as implement the process. Result: The process was simplified making it easier for employees to select and pack the product. Reducing the number of lost products on the pack line.

Committed to impact and positive influence, in the last 3 years, I have saved companies over $10 million and played a key role in scaling Amazon delivery service in the USA, making Amazon history 3 times. I transitioned my intrapreneurial role at Amazon to true entrepreneur, and Co-founded a rapidly growing VC-funded start-up Ease, Inc., building human-centric, innovative HR solutions for the ‘Future of Workforce.’ I also lead and manage a Strategy and Management Consulting Firm.
