I bought a 1 way ticket to the United States 12 years ago with nothing but my luggage and dreams.

The journey has been nothing short of wild.
I have been fortunate to work and consult for brands like American Express, Zelle, Dell, Microsoft, and build a few companies along the way.

Last year, I bought Shipman Cleaning Co, a 13-year-old commercial and residential cleaning company in the Phoenix metro area.

I want to be rich. 

Yep, said it out loud. 

- Workout a couple days a week. 
- Recovery days. 
- Work on things that challenge me. 
- Secure identity & comfortable in my skin.
- Breakfast/lunch with wife and kids. 
- Meet interesting people every week.
- Make most bedtimes with the kids.
- People I can call when in a jam. 
- People that can count on me. 
- People texting me to say intros I made for them changed their life or trajectory. 
- An attitude of gratitude to God.


I woke up today and realized "darn, I'm rich!"
