A few months ago, we faced a challenge.

Our rewards operations were growing faster than ever, but our warehouse wasn’t keeping pace. 

Shipments piled up. Clients wanted faster delivery. And we realised, if we wanted to scale, we needed a space that could match our ambition.

AI is making people faster. 
But also… a little lazy at thinking. 
 
That’s the uncomfortable truth. 
We’re starting to use AI for everything, 
emails, ideas, decisions, and even basic thinking. 
And slowly, without realising it… 
we’re outsourcing the one thing that actually matters: 
 
Our ability to think. 
 
I saw a simple visual recently: 
👉 “After using AI for everything…” 
…and the brain is literally outside the head. 
 
Funny. But also accurate. 
 
Because when you rely on AI too much: 
 
➡️ You stop struggling with problems (that’s where real insight comes from) 
➡️ You accept first answers instead of questioning them 
➡️ You build faster… but think shallower 
 
That’s the real risk. 
AI can give you answers. 
But it can’t give you judgment. 
 
The best founders won’t be the ones who use AI the most. 
 
They’ll be the ones who know when not to use it. 
 
Use AI. Scale with it. Move faster. 
 
But don’t outsource your thinking, 
That’s your real edge.
