1- Compliance Oversight: 
i. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Agent’s related SoPs, SLA, and industry standards relevant to HCAM. 
ii. Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate inventory report and agent’s health reporting.

2- Audit Management: 
i. Plan and execute internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls(inventory) and compliance with relevant policies. 
ii. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary support to ensure timely completion of audit activities.
iii. Review audit findings and develop action plans to address identified deficiencies or areas of improvement.
iv. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress towards.

3- Risk Management: identify and assess risks faced by the entity, including but not limited to fraud, misappropriation of inventory management, and regulatory non-compliance.

4- Training and Awareness: 
i. Foster a culture of compliance and ethics with the entity through regular communication and awareness campaigns. 
ii. Act as s resource for employees seeking clarification or guidance on compliance issues and encourage open communication channels.

5- Reporting and Documentation:
i. Prepare and maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audit findings and remediation efforts. 
ii. Ensure that all documentation related to compliance activities is properly organized, stored, and readily accessible for internal and external stakeholders.

6- Continuous Improvement: 
i. Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of compliance programs, processes, and control based on industry best practices and emerging trends. 
ii. Proactively identify opportunities for streamlining operations, optimizing resources, and enhancing overall efficiency within the finance compliance function.
