Developed a global restructuring programme for transferring to low cost manufacturing focusing on recruitment, training and reward aspects.
Designed and launched an appraisal system in Europe that was subsequently adopted by the global business and provided a performance management structure.
Defined a talent management model identifying business critical roles and workforce solutions.
Designed and project managed a career development model including an emphasis on coaching.

Recruited to this newly created position.  Developed and implemented a new appraisal system.  Managed workforce reductions in France and the Netherlands.  Undertook full review of job positions using Hay Job Evaluation.

Working in the HR function supporting the Global Risk Management practice based in London.  Had responsibility for various UK sites and a team of 3 HR professionals.
