•	Implementing a system (including database) to manage over 1000 polling station employees, scheduling, allocating according to criteria, etc.
•	Managing a team of 150 people and coordinating between staff and customers for a transportation logistics project in the southern region.
•	Management of inventory and purchasing. 
•	Maintenance and care of computers, local network and Internet 

1994-2018: Confectionery - "Ha-Pikud" ("Umi") bakery in Beer Sheva. 
•	In addition to the work of the confectioner, I helped manage the staff, purchasing and maintaining machines.
1988 - 1992: Urban Youth Organization, Glazov, Russia 
•	Interface for working with public authorities and organizations 
•	Organization and development of small businesses 
Public Activities:
2012 - present: Was elected head of the Nahal-Beka neighborhood committee
•	Ongoing relations and work with officials from the Beer Sheva Municipality and its various departments, ministers and government ministries for the development of the public space and the promotion of the neighborhood and its residents.
2009–present: Volunteering for the needy and the elderly, Nahal-Beka neighborhood
•	Ongoing work with the welfare department of the Beer Sheva municipality.
Military service:
1992 - 2003: Reserve duty in the IDF, military unit of Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital, Jerusalem 
Languages: Hebrew – very good, Russian – mother tongue, English – good, Ukrainian – very good
