As of July 2025, I have joined the Ministry of Research and Higher Education, where I am entrusted with the mission of structuring and enhancing existing administrative processes through formalisation and the implementation of performance indicators to foster continuous improvement.

My responsibilities also include leading a dedicated team of seven professionals and contributing to the development of ambitious multiannual agreements with Luxembourg’s public research institutions. These conventions aim to strengthen the country’s innovation ecosystem and promote economic development through high-impact research programs.

As a Conseiller at Ministère de l'Économie in Luxembourg, my role pivoted on analyzing and advising on state aid for clean technology projects and RDI projects. Our team's contributions have been decisive in shaping Luxembourg's economic strategies towards environmentally sustainable development. Specializing in new business development, I've played a key role in the High Performance Computing initiative, fostering cross-sector collaboration for Luxembourg's digital advancement.

My expertise extends to marketing communications and mentoring of potential young leaders, where I've successfully launched convergent offers in the telecom sector and empowered teams to surpass our ambitious goals. With a deep understanding of environmental technologies and the fuel market, I provide critical insights to decision-makers, significantly impacting the ministry's approach to research, development, and innovation in clean technologies.
