Key responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain VET standards for RTOs 2015.
* Facilitate continuous improvement activities.
* Support the Directors, Senior Lecturers and Lecturers with changes to Standards, Qualification packaging rules and training Package updates and transition
* Provide Professional Development training to staff with Volume of learning, Resource development, Unpacking Training packages, SCOPE applications, Accredited Course applications

* Management of the Share Point sites version control of Assessment Documents
* Evaluating and validating MOU/Auspice Agreements with other organisations.
* Conduct Meetings with VET lecturing staff to provide guidance and to discuss training and assessments issues where continuous improvement needs have been identified.
* Ensure all Lecturing staff appropriately record relevant evidence demonstrated by students leading to competency.
* Assist and participate in development of VET policies and procedures

Responsible for: 
•	Instruction and assessment of adults and high school students, flexible approaches to teaching and training in a variety of contexts including classroom, workplace, conducting assessments for a variety of purposes, responding to different students needs.
•	Management skills, managing course scenarios, managing training, learning and assessment processes and their quality.
•	Work safely and ethically, maintaining and growing professionally undertaking and managing effective change.
•	Manage WHS within my area, completing ongoing WHS procedures, completing WHS reports.
•	Consult and co-ordinate the logistics and operational solutions with key stakeholders for the learning and development function for regional and remote communities.

•	Research, design, develop, pilot and monitor training and assessment resources to best practice standards ensuring alignment to relevant industry standards, qualifications, relevant legislation, health, safety, environmental and legal elements as per state/territory requirements and business needs.
