I'm Andrew

I’m the former growth lead at two high-volume PLG businesses: Director of Growth at Wistia, and Head of Growth at Postscript.

I’ve been where you are.

I’ve built and scaled growth teams from scratch, run hundreds of experiments, and made every mistake in the book. I know what "good" looks like, and I know how overwhelming it can feel without mentorship from someone who's done your job.

Now, I take everything I've learned to help other growth leaders increase their impact and influence.

User empathy and first-time user experience is the core for me.
Why are your users signing up and what are they looking for in your product?
They want to quickly see how your product can help them solve a problem, on their terms.

How I work:
- Set up user segments
- Create an onboarding path for new users
- Design the in-app onboarding experience
- Write the copy for the in-app experience
- Iterate and split test, rinse and repeat
- Setup code-level AB experiments to implement findings from previous tests

But also:
- Ask the hard questions (about the roadmap, pricing, PMF, user pain points, ...)
- Share findings with the UX team
- Share my ideas on native onboarding (which, at some point should replace onboarding created with third-party tools or a part of it)
- Work with other teams to achieve common goals and enable them to use Growth team findings and tools
