Engaged and secured the composition/rendering process for the initial NY E-ZPass program that segued to additional electronic toll collection programs throughout the country.  Responsible for creating a long term strategic partnership by collaborating extensively with many contacts within the client base in creating the business rules for the communication process through print and e-based notifications. 

Ensured that the company maintained its competitive edge in the marketplace by coordinating efforts to offer an e-based solution that generated close to 1 million email/web based statement notifications per month, creating an additional revenue stream of $850,000 per year.

Oversaw the development and implementation of an on-line archiving system for housing over 36 million statements, giving account holders access their activity for three years.

Coordinated and implemented efforts to design a centralized managed web-to-print system that produced over 350 million customized items, generating over $16 million dollars in revenue within a three year time period.  Utilizing Coldfusion, XMPie and Adobe Document Server with an initial cost to launch of $ 80K, this web development platform achieved average print shipments of $ 750,000 USD per month. Launched within 3 months, this headquartered monitored site was responsible for servicing over 30,000 locations throughout the US.

Played a key instrumental role in growing the organization’s total sales by 35% for the year 2004, my individual sales of $11,500,000 provided the principles of the company an excellent opportunity to divest in their holdings.
