• Managed the operational turnaround of one of Africa’s largest tax revenue agencies that led to $550 million above its year-over-year non-oil revenue target; Designed and launched digital filing and tax audit processes across 90 offices in the country, enhanced data analytics, and trained 1,850 staff 
• Conducted three private equity due diligences on targets in the power and consumer goods sectors; built financial valuations involving operations/demand trends across multiple countries; led on-site operations assessments
• Led the M&A strategy for a major insurance player; streamlined the firm’s operations across six countries by developing the operating model for its core business units and corporate center

Led a cross-functional initiative focused on Vanguard's institutional sales and customer experience strategy, impacting 1,600 institutional clients with $251 billion in assets. Areas covered include client intelligence and participant investing behavior, investor education design, and competitive analysis
