• Spearheaded a successful rollout of a multinational bank’s new integrated performance management program; efforts impacted over 15,000 employees across 25+ countries and contributed to $130M in incremental net profit 
• Managed the operational turnaround of one of Africa’s largest tax revenue agencies that led to $550 million above its year-over-year non-oil revenue target; Designed and launched digital filing and tax audit processes across 90 offices in the country, enhanced data analytics, and trained 1,850 staff 
• Conducted three private equity due diligences on targets in the power and consumer goods sectors; built financial valuations involving operations/demand trends across multiple countries; led on-site operations assessments
• Led the M&A strategy for a major insurance player; streamlined the firm’s operations across six countries by developing the operating model for its core business units and corporate center

• Was the youngest at the company. Led a cross-functional initiative focused on Vanguard's institutional sales and customer experience strategy, impacting 1,600 institutional clients with $251 billion in assets. Areas covered include client intelligence and participant investing behavior, investor education design, and competitive analysis

• Managed team of 9 associates and analysts tasked with the daily analysis of approximately 7,000 global equity securities and derivative products that cover over 50 Vanguard Equity Funds

Last night, we gathered, broke bread, and celebrated our community in an incredible way. ✨

As part of BAG Collective’s 5th Anniversary — and in celebration of Black History Month — we brought together some of our senior leaders in NYC for an intimate evening of connection at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. 🏙️ 🍽️

Five years ago, BAG was founded on a simple but powerful belief: community and shared success compound.... 📈🤝 ... and this dinner was a reflection of exactly that. (So much so, the building had to kick us out!) 

Hosted at J.P. Morgan’s brand new NYC offices ( 🤩! ), we dove deep into personal portfolio management, investing across asset classes, estate and legacy planning, and — most importantly — how we continue to build generational impact, together. 💼📊🏦

The room was filled with a few of our senior BAG leaders in the city — all leaning into intentional dialogue and high-level collaboration around investing, tech / AI, and "positive collusion" to solve some of the world's biggest challenges. 🔥🧠✨
