My journey is fuelled by a deep commitment to personal development and wellbeing, with specialised skills in men's health, breathwork, and optimising performance.

I am an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner with certifications from Oxygen Advantage and Breath at Medicine, as well as an NLP Practitioner and Coach, Optimize Coach, and Havening Practitioner. These qualifications reflect my holistic approach to empowering others to improve resilience, wellbeing, and performance.
