Directly managed operations, and worked alongside the Sales & Marketing and Product teams to ensure the success of each tailored Tour.  Negotiated with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates, and ensured all deadlines were adhered to. Developed and maintained good relations with all clients and suppliers.
