17.Ensure optimum space utilization of all warehouses and Depots.
18.Lead internal and external audit at depots & warehouses.
19.Establish continuous improvement of kaizen initiatives in warehouse activities  Supervise any other tasks assigned by the management.
20.Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

 Oversee logistics operational expense is maintained against the annual budget  Monitor and follow up with designated team to liquidate low shelf-life/slow-moving stocks for avoiding write-offs.
