-Lead Human Resources and Recruitment processes.
-Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
-Keep track of recruiting metrics.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
-Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system.
-Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
-Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork.

-Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
