Bringing together my love for relationship-building, marketing, sales, and strategy, I strive to build talent brands that are always innovating, always improving, and most importantly, always seeking to provide a better experience for job seekers.  

To me, the recruitment function goes far beyond simply filling jobs.  A strong system has many layers and requires the right framework, strategy, network, and tools.  Utilizing this infrastructure, my main objective in everything I do is to build talent processes that are equitable, efficient, and scalable.

I’m all about people. Leading People & Culture at Minga, my passion is creating a workplace where people feel connected, supported, and excited to grow. I get the most energy from helping leaders build strong, genuine relationships within their teams and I love seeing people discover new ways to grow and unlock their potential through conversations we’ve had.

I focus on blending strategy with action, whether that’s shaping people programs, driving engagement, or helping high-growth teams scale in a way that still feels human and grounded. My goal is always the same: to make work better for people and help them do their best work.

I’ve been lucky to live and work all over: Vancouver, Toronto, London, Wellington, Moscow, Sochi, San Francisco, and now I call the beautiful Okanagan home.
