Under the direction of the Senior VP of Design & Construction, the Sr. Director of Project Estimating, shall exercise his/her Leadership, Estimating and Project Management skills along with a thorough knowledge of estimating software systems to oversee, coordinate and assist in the development of all project Cost Estimates.  Create a corporate database in concert with our estimates and developing our teams to address all pricing requests generated by our Leasing, Tenant Coordination and Development departments.  These activities shall include the coordination and collaboration with Development, Design, Construction, Leasing, Tenant Coordination, Asset Management, National Operations and the International departments, along with outside vendors.

Responsible for creating a new department from ground (WinEstimator Software) up for all conceptual and hard bid estimating functions.  Assisted Development in cost analysis during specific phases of project and design development to insure financial objectives were maintained.  Estimated cost and schedule impact for large scale change orders and created a new database (using Modelogix Database Software) for all new construction projects.

Group included senior project managers, project managers, project engineers, superintendents and field personnel.  Build projects in business parks throughout the continental United States and had a host of repeat clients including Target, Home Depot, Edy's Grand Ice Cream, Mopar, Holy Cross Hospital, Walmart & Sam's Club.  Initial yearly volume was $7 million and final year's volume nearing $50 million.
