If you truly want to succeed in 2026, don't waste time just on learning. You can even hire an expert if you have a good budget. But you can't attract people with just skills in this noisy era—not easily. I know many people who are below average in their skills but have great success in business.

This is the start of 2026. 

Since last month, my main goal has been to be more focused and more careful with my time. You can't change a lot of things at once. Even if you plan with a list, you'll probably fail. Why? Because humans can't shift instantly. You have to go slow.

I've been trying to adapt: diet, working in a locked room for several days, working out a few days weekly, etc. But in my mind, I never wanted to achieve a lot of things. I've been consistent with my business and have no additional plans for the near future. Just doing the same business and scaling up.

Only one thing I really wanted to change: focus.

I wanted to be more and more focused. I tried lots of ways, different practices—just to find the best time to focus, just to be more focused, just to get the maximum advantage with minimum effort.

What I discovered:

Working early morning is 10X better than working any other time of day.
I don't like bright lights. My room should be dark with some warm lights only.
Diet is another important factor for me.

If I eat rice until I'm full, I feel like I need to sleep. The more I ate rice to fullness, the more I wanted to sleep or relax. I feel more energetic when I eat only meat and stay hungry most of the time.

So I'm trying to go carnivore for the last 1 year—not 100% successful yet, but yeah, I've managed to stay on a meat-based diet. About 80% of my food is just meat and eggs. I eat once or twice a day. That feels so powerful.

Start morning with: 6 scrambled/boiled eggs with butter
Dinner with: 400-500 grams of red meat (time varies based on when I sleep)
Some days, I like to eat everything. (I will reduce this.)

Workouts: It's hard to go to the gym every day, so I do calisthenics and try not to miss a day. If I miss a couple of days, on day 3—no matter if it's 3 AM or 2 AM—I start again with at least 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I'm building a website that doesn't suck. Clean design. Fast. Easy to navigate. Content structured so people actually find what they're looking for. Properly optimized, but not for Google , for humans who land on it.

Then I'm mapping out 90 days of content. Not random blog posts. A real plan based on what my customers actually care about.

Next, I'm picking ONE social platform. Not all of them. ONE. I'll spend a week on Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X to see where my people actually hang out. Then I commit to one.

Here's where it gets simple.

I find 50-70 people in my niche who are active. Not celebrities. Not influencers. Just real people solving real problems in my space. I engage with them. I start conversations. Not pitches. Not DMs begging for attention. Just genuine back-and-forth about business, solutions, and challenges.

I also join 1-2 niche communities. Not 10. Just 1 or 2 where my people are. I show up. I add value. I build relationships.

That's it.

No cold outreach. No SEO black magic. No growth hacks.
And I'll hit six figures. 100% organic.

Why? Because I'm focused. I'm not distracted. I'm not spreading myself thin across every platform hoping something works.

I'm building relationships with 50-70 people who matter. And that's all you need.
