As Director of Marketing for Helium, I am responsible for SEO and Digital Ads. I bring in the best vendors for our marketing needs and I hire and train best-in-class marketers. 

I’m the one in charge of transforming Helium from a $10m agency to a $100m agency. In order to do that I improve existing SEO processes to make our clients more money. 

I take every success story and work with the marketing team to transform the story into a marketing asset. 

I work with the sales team to empower them to convert at a higher percentage by teaching them how to talk about each service in a way that positions Helium as a market leader while educating the client and prospects. 

I work with the creative team to build out landing pages for the various Helium brands. 

I am helping develop the AI SaaS product by providing direction on what to create. 

I help develop new verticals for Helium by providing in-depth reports and guidance on various services that could be added to the existing services. 


I test strategies and theories for all things digital marketing. 

Lastly, I research and test various theories by reading an obscene amount of content and by interacting in a myriad of marketing groups. I then apply that knowledge by simplifying the lessons and communicating it with leadership and with the directors and managers for each team.

Wesley Financial Group, LLC

My role at Wesley LLC, is to lead SEO, PR, and Content initiatives for Wesley Mortgage and for Wesley Financial Group. Content extend to email, blogs, video shorts, youtube videos, and social media. 

I hire content writers and I train writer to develop the skills to become managers in the realm of SEO and content. 

I find technology solutions and gather data to assist with C-suite executive initiatives. The difficult part of this task is to find a scaleable solution that is cheap or free. It helps being a total tech nerd.

I work with partner agencies to write content, migrate data, run surveys, conduct data studies, implement technical SEO fixes, and to build robust data reporting to track the ROI of our team's efforts.

I manage the reputation of Wesley LLC and monitor the brand through a variety of enterprise SaaS tools to make sure we are on top of anything negative. This tends to happen in the line of work that Wesley Financial is in.

I conduct SEO ROI reports for keyword clusters so c-suite execuatives can make informed decisions on how to invest the company's time and money. 

I conduct marketshare analysis reports for SEO to identify how much of the market belongs to each player and how much it would cost to catch up to any of the leaders. After identifying the market share, I predict (with scary accuracy) the backlink cost associated with the SEO campaign. My CMO knows exactly how much money he needs to spend and how much time it will take to achieve our SEO goals.

After analyzing every keyword in a cluster, I then prioritize the keywords by sorting them in 4 groups. I always target the easiest group first to build momentum that will be used to rank for the more difficult terms.

Lastly, I'm leading an initiative to create a tool that realtors and home shoppers will use in conjunction with tools like Zillow. It will be the most robust content in the space and its truly one of a kind in what it will accomplish.

- Sonic strategy development: Conceptualising bespoke sonic identities that align and complement brand narratives, ensuring a cohesive auditory presence across all consumer touchpoints.

- Immersive sound design: Designing tailored soundscapes for spatial experiences - museums, lobbies, spas or retail spaces - that enhance the customer journey and elevate brand recall.

- End-to-end sonic branding: Overseeing projects from concept to execution, including sound for digital, physical, and multimedia platforms, ensuring a unified sonic experience.

- Client collaboration & consultation: Working closely with brand and marketing managers to understand their unique needs, translating brand values into strategic sonic elements that drive engagement and loyalty.

Notable Projects & Achievements:

- Vistara Airlines, India: Developed two 35-minute contemporary Indian fusion tracks played in the aircraft during boarding and landing, enhancing the in-flight experience with a unique auditory environment for all international and domestic routes on a daily basis. 

- National Aquarium, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Created an end-to-end sonic identity and spatial experience design for the largest aquarium in the Middle East, based in Abu Dhabi, with multiple exhibits and millions in footfall.

Co-Founder | Sonic Brand Strategy

As a Senior Consultant, I was involved primarily in strategy and planning work for the Markets function in the UKI region. From planning for the upcoming financial year to making sure timely communication and collateral around strategy reached the right people at the right time, I was aptly positioned to satisfy growth objectives within the region over 2 years.

Senior Consultant

I was promoted to the position of Consultant in less than a year of my tenure at EY. This also led to a change in my job function. I was put on a project which required me to build sales collaterals/strategise communication for a leading credit card company. Thereafter, I asked to be put on a more data driven role to help strengthen my foundations in Excel. 

Responsibilities at the credit card company:
- Use the information gathered to strategise and develop a unified and apt messaging of the client's solution and its positioning in the overall product suite
- Ideate and design high-impact, elegant go-to-market sales collaterals, with crisp and easy-to-grasp content, which can be effectively used to supplement the overall strategy
- Work with the client to manage expectations and deliver material in a timely manner as per the plan

Other responsibilities:
- Effectively use and analyse data to build various reports which can then be turned into easy-to-digest dashboards/presentations for the leadership
- Develop succinct and provoking insights that supplement the final dashboards
- Communicate directly with senior leaders within the global organisation to present insights/learnings and answer any questions they may have

As an Associate Consultant at EY, I was part of a team that created go-to-market activation material for a large number of clients. While here, I successfully built four Sales Toolkits, one of which has gone on to become a standard benchmark.

Responsibilities:
- Managed and developed sales collaterals for some of EY's Global Priority Solutions; collaborating efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders to finalise deliverables
- Created compelling content and creative visuals for internal sales toolkits to effectively meet stakeholder expectations under strict deadlines
- Ensured superior quality at every step and drove timely delivery of key internal sales collaterals by bringing in the right frameworks, insights and research support

Associate Consultant

Basement Takeover

Basement Takeover is a unique live concert series that presented itself as a solution to the oversaturated and monopolised club/pub culture in the Delhi-NRC music scene. From a community of just around 20 when it began, we are now a community of over a thousand people from different walks of life, all coming together for our collective love of music and the live scene.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and execute unique experiences for the audience at every event
- Curate the shows with reputed and upcoming artists 
- Recruit and coordinate with volunteers from within and outside the community to work under various functions
- Make all investment and strategic decisions related to the future of the event
- Talk to potential sponsors, sell the idea to them and close the deal
- Run the show effectively and problem-solve on the go 
- Market and promote the event using cost effective methods 
- Coordinate with the audience and artists to make sure everyone is satisfied with the arrangements before, during and after the performances

The Earflower Experiment

I am a multi-instrumentalist composer/producer that makes music under the monicker The Earflower Experiment. I have successfully released an EP - An Anecdote - in 2018 and two singles, Make Amends and Emerge, in 2020. 

My music has been featured in reputable, veteran magazines like Rolling Stone and Rock Street Journal to the biggest indie music blogs like The Wild City and The Indian Music Diaries. Further, my latest release, Grow, was picked up and played on national television via VH1 India.

Additionally, I have also played live shows across the city in some of the biggest venues including Auro, Raasta, Cafe TC, The Pianoman and many more. 

Currently, I'm working on the release of 5 more singles that are due to come out through the remainder of the year.

Their proprietary technology transforms complex, static analyses – such as Excel-based data models – into simple, visual interactive experiences that let its users develop “what-if” scenarios, assess the risk and reward of any decision and engage stakeholders in meaningful discussions on the assumptions that matter most. 

Responsibilities:
- Financial evaluation and modelling of certain handpicked companies within the Sports Retail industry, the Shipping industry, the Airline industry, the Aerospace industry and the Medical Devices industry
- Research and write articles on select companies within the aforementioned industries - these articles were published regularly in names like Forbes, Seeking Alpha and Nasdaq.com
- Maintain and refresh company pages on the website with up-to-date fundamental analysis and insights that help investors make well-informed decisions
- Feed the technology with accurate numbers and projections that help paint a complete picture for our users

I worked at Wunderman Thompson (then J. Walter Thompson) for period of three months as an Account Management Trainee. I worked exclusively with the Airtel Account, promoting and marketing their new and existing campaigns.

- Help the client best realise their vision and make adequate suggestions to transform their abstract ideas into ready-to-launch campaigns

Account Management Trainee

Pro Enviro and CHUM

Interned at PRO Enviro Recycling Pvt. Ltd. and CHUM, the NGO that drives ITC’s Wellbeing Out of Waste (WOW) initiative for 6 months. Both organisations deal in promoting efficient waste management practices through well-defined programs. I was part of a three person team that built a self-sufficient waste management unit in the towns of Siddipet and Siricilla thereby empowering local waste collectors to lead better lives.

Responsibilities:
- Speak to local authorities, convince them of the importance of waste management and get their approval and help to start a waste management unit in their village
- Effectively communicate the many benefits of waste segregation to the locals through drives, door-to-door circular distribution and educational seminars at the local authority's offices
- Educate the local waste collectors and teach them waste recycling practices which will help them monetise their efforts
- Run the waste management unit for a period of 4 weeks before doing a full handover

Interned for a period of 8 weeks in the summer of 2012 and while there, learned valuable lessons in finance. Key responsibilities included predicting and executing trade orders in real time.

Interned with their advisory department for a period of 7 weeks in the summer of 2011. I worked as part of a four-member team on an advisory project on the Indian aviation sector for the Planning Commission.

As co-founder and sonic branding specialist here in Gurugram, I’ve had the joy of working with some incredible brands and spaces that share my vision of creating emotionally resonant experiences through sound. 

Our team specialises in crafting bespoke sonic identities that not only complement brand narratives but also elevate customer journeys by weaving tailored soundscapes into various spaces.

My journey into this fascinating world began long before Earflower Studios came to life. I started as a management consultant at EY where I quickly learned the ropes by working on communications collateral. In less than a year, I was promptly promoted after successfully building four Sales Toolkits - one of which has become a standard across our global practice! This early experience taught me how impactful well-crafted communication can be in shaping customer perceptions.

In parallel with my corporate journey, I founded Basement Takeover - a live concert series aimed at revitalizing the Delhi-NCR music scene by creating intimate, specially curated spaces for artists and audiences alike. From just 20 attendees at our first event to over 3000 community members strong, it’s been incredible to witness how music has the power to unite people from all walks of life.

As a multi-instrumentalist (since the age of 5), under The Earflower Experiment moniker, I've released an EP titled "An Anecdote" along with eight more singles that have found their way into curated playlists across platforms like Spotify. Music has always been my passion - it fuels my creativity and inspires me every day in both personal projects and professional endeavors.

All these experiences, along with my MBA in Marketing from the Indian School of Business (ISB) culminated in the creation of Earflower Studios. Having worked with iconic brands like Vistara and building unique soundscapes for spaces like the largest aquarium in the Middle East (National Aquarium at Abu Dhabi), we have garnered over 20 million impressions over the last 5 years.
