As the Sector Head for Agency I manage a team of 10 and am responsible for an annual revenue of £10M, spread across our portfolio of products.

Responsible for ongoing motivation, training and coaching, I lead retention and development initiatives, creating strategy and tactics to continually improve the performance of the Agency team.

Principal responsibilities include:
- Build relationships at C-suite level with premium accounts in the sector to aid retention.
