That feeling is what we tried to turn into a brand.

Meet Oh So Dilli🍴

Not just a food brand - but a mood.
Born from Chandni Chowk’s chaos and West Delhi’s sass.
Built for people who don’t just eat street food… they feel it.

A brand that speaks Hinglish.
Lives on memes.
Respects tradition.
And still knows how to pose for the camera.

From bold typography to loud colours, playful packaging to cheeky copy — every detail was built to say:

“Dilli dil mein hai. Aur plate mein bhi.”

Watching someone you’ve sat beside and worked with at the same desk walk into Shark Tank is a different kind of surreal.

Yesterday, Ayuvya Ayurveda & imfresh aired on Shark Tank India.
And yes, they didn’t get a deal.

But honestly, that’s not even the headline.

I’ve known Tanishk for a while now. We used to brainstorm together on marketing creatives and social media posts. He would strategise and handle the copy, and I would take care of the design. The kind of daily grind where you don’t even realise you’re watching someone build their foundation in real time.

So when he later started building Ayuvya & Imfresh with Astha and PAWANJOT, and eventually walked onto that stage, it hit different.

What I enjoyed most wasn’t the episode itself. It was hearing the experience from him first-hand, behind the scenes.

How long the days are.
How intense the prep is.
How your mind goes blank under those lights, even if you’ve rehearsed everything.
How surreal it feels to step onto a set you’ve only ever seen on a screen.

And also how the internet only sees “deal / no deal,” while founders walk away with something else entirely: feedback, clarity, and fuel.

One thing I’ve always respected about how they’ve built is their marketing approach.

They run ads that feel human. Friendly, fun, and like content you would actually stop for, without hard selling.
It doesn’t scream “buy now.” It simply attracts the right audience.

I still show their brand’s social media as a successful example to my clients today.

I’ve also spent time at their office, and seeing the kind of dedicated, passionate team they’ve built makes everything make even more sense. You can feel that people there genuinely care about what they are building.

That’s harder than it looks. And it’s rare.

FromByadgi is a spice brand that brings authentic Indian spices directly from the town of Byadgi to kitchens around the world.

Some brands are built on trends.
Some are built on truth.

FromByadgi began with soil, farmers, quiet patience, and a belief that great spices don’t need exaggeration, only honesty.

This project was about more than design.
It was about respecting origin.
Preserving restraint.
And letting authenticity speak softly, but clearly.

From Indian farms to American Kitchens,
A story of color, care, and where flavor really comes from.
