Manage the existing Fat Brain Toy Co. line and distributed lines (300+ SKUs across the Games, Early Learning, Building, and Creative categories) and participate in the development and marketing processes for new products.

Assist with inventor relations, including evaluating submissions, communicating with a network of 150+ professional and amateur inventors, and receiving and evaluating prototypes.

Spearhead consumer research initiatives, including developing consumer surveys and conducting playtests as a part of the product development process.

Analyze sales data by SKU, product category, and retail channel to make strategic line recommendations. 

Analyze POS data from mass and key retailers to track SKU performance trends and make pitch recommendations to expand store footprint. 

Collaborate with sales team to plan, execute, and evaluate promotional programs for retail partners.

Associate Brand Manager

Conducted market research and presented on new potential million-dollar product category.

Evaluated SKUs to drop from line to decrease on-hand inventory ahead of expected economic recession.

Developed a new marketing strategy for existing toy tractor line, including analysis of potential line expansion and partnership opportunities.

Completed day-to-day assignments quickly and accurately, freeing up multiple hours a day for my direct supervisor and other coworkers.

Uploaded 50+ sell sheets to company portal, saving company time and potentially resulting in increased sales.

Kohl's

Merchandising: Merchandised hardlines (toys, shoes, housewares) and softlines weekly according to merchandising planogram. Set up, maintained, and updated promotional displays and signage.

Processing: Received, processed, and sorted Amazon returns efficiently and accurately, preventing the store from being charged fees due to missing or improperly sorted items.

Customer Service: Assisted 30-50 customers per day with returns, sales, locating merchandise, and use of Kohl’s mobile app.
