• Research, develop, write, edit and proofread a wide range of marketing, advancement and other school collateral including video, biannual newsletter, development reports, email, letters, presentations, and creative communications materials in both print and digital mediums.

• Create multimedia content for social media platforms. Develop email marketing campaigns, create and update news, events and design of the website as needed. Develop new web content and maintain existing content on the School’s website to support overall marketing strategy.

Assistant Director of Communications & Marketing 

UC Irvine

• Founding member of the UCI School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPPS) that built out the brand identity of the school through written, digital and print collateral – wrote press releases that increased the visibility of faculty research and started to position SPPS as a trusted thought leader in pharmaceutical medicine, 

•Supported the admissions team in their goal to admit the inaugural class of pharmacy students by developing prospective student collateral, email marketing campaigns, designing ads and managing marketing budget the overall admissions marketing strategy resulted in the enrollment of 41 students into the inaugural class 

•Project managed the launch of the School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences official announcement of the open application that resulted in local, regional and national coverage -- the team included public relations officers, marketing professionals, graphic designers and writers and which resulted in local

Oklahoma State University

•Manged the South Texas territory of 900+ students and analyzed historical data that helped inform recruitment decisions that ultimately increased the number of enrolled students by 20% 

• Engaged with prospective students and families through public speaking, interviews, arranging campus tours, managing recruitment events and conducting students outreach

Admissions Recruiter (South/Central Texas)

•Created the student employment development program that educated students and student employers on job and employment responsibilities with the goal of increasing student employment at Oklahoma State -- trained students and employers on how to properly utilize the employment development program

•Created and maintained relationships with students and student employers – promoted and organized career fairs, interview days and career workshops that were designed to provide more student employment opportunities across campus and in the community

•Redesigned and diversified Student Employee of the year initiative

Here’s what clients have achieved thus far in 2023!👇🏾 

➡️The Hidden Opportunity Podcast - focusing on financial literacy- we’re utilizing their long form podcast content to create short form for all their social platforms with the goal of increasing the podcasts listenership. 

➡️Get There Transportation Services - LA’s premiere transportation service- we’ve built their website out to include a space for reservations as well as a place for event seekers to find fun things to do in the city. These features have helped to increase traffic on their website in the last 8 months. 

➡️T3 Accounting- is using Instagram and Facebook to educate their audience on tax laws and changes that tax payers should know about. Consistent content has also brought in new clientele.
