Streamlined complex operations of high-profile fine-dining restaurant, Signature lounges, Casual Dining Restaurant and a night club (Disney's Boardwalk Resort). I collaborate with Executive Chef to design cost-effective and eye-catching menus. I manage recruitment and development of dining staff to improve KPIs and nurture positive brand rapport. 
In addition to this location I performed within the same role in a number of other Resorts: Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort.
I built and directed a record-setting team at Disney's Riviera Resort by establishing performance goals and motivating team members to achieve individual and team objectives. I synchronized with department heads and Resort GM to create a unique and holistic guest experience. 
I led successful operation of Storybook Dining at Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort in 2019 and 2020.
Highlights of accomplishment in this role include:
•	Revitalized seating templates and conducted extensive trend analysis to expand operations in fine dining restaurants while focusing on managing costs across food and beverage.
•	Achieved the highest guest experience scores in a category within WDW Resorts in November 2019 and maintained a position in top three.
•	Headed a team of guest experience managers, conducted performance assessments, evaluated training requirements, and executed performance-focused plans to enhance productivity.

As Restaurant Guest Experience Manager, I spearheaded operations of California Grill and banquet facilities at Disney's Contemporary Resort while delivering hands-on leadership to direct reports. I improved bottom line and reduced costs by recommending data-driven solutions and process improvements. 
I revamped beverage program at California Grill to meet guest expectations. I collaborated with internal and external partners to create best beverage menu while maximizing sales and margin potential. I conducted effective price negotiations with distributors to minimize beverage costs. 
I ensured optimal allocation of resources by strengthening relationships with cross-functional teams. Led a team of iconic Cinderella's Royal Table restaurant at Disney's Magic Kingdom.
Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
•	Built an award-winning wine list and secured Wine Spectator 2017 award in California Grill.
•	Reduced cost of sales from 29% to 26% by negotiating with vendors on all aspects of volume and pricing plans.
•	Met guest expectations by collaborating with training teams to maintain service standards in fine dining and table service restaurants. 
•	Led all aspects of HR management, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and employee relations to achieve performance excellence.
