Hi there 👋,

I'm Andrea, and here’s my story in a nutshell:

🌍 Originally from Italy, I've lived in 7 countries and learned 5 foreign languages during my early 20s! 

🚀 I worked at Meta in Sales for the EMEA markets, consulting with 500+ businesses and entrepreneurs on growth marketing and branding. 🚀

🏗️ In 2020, I founded and grew Scaling Davids, a Creative Marketing Agency focused on video ads production. 

💡 I'm building and growing Voxen, a personal branding studio that enables Agency teams and executives/founders to grow their personal brand and drive influence at scale. 📈

📊 From zero to 7 figures and a team of 20 talented individuals without any funding or previous knowledge. 
🤝 Trust-building and genuine value-based relationships have been key to getting here so far. I'm currently building a personal brand online to form relationships at scale.
💸 I'm sharing my ongoing learnings and lessons, hoping to inspire people and businesses to be better.

Scaling Davids is a DTC Growth Studio where we bring together creativity and analytical approaches in order to create a memorable and engaging experience for our partners. 


We believe in providing our brands with a small, but hungry team of passionate experts and nothing less than that.


Through advanced cross-channel paid advertising, creative direction, and email marketing strategies, we accelerate the growth of our brands with the goal of making each project a unique case study.

Growth and sales don’t come from overcomplicating things that should be simple. Generating more than $50M in sales every year for our brands allowed us to identify the common threads of direct-to-consumer marketing. This means that we identify bottlenecks and low-hanging fruits quickly, and break down complex issues into smaller actions that are proven to work and move the needle.

- No Black-Hole Marketing.
Say goodbye to marketing for marketing’s sake. We simply know what works, and what doesn’t. Cutting the fluff and being hyper-cost-effective has been our approach since day one.


- Radical Transparency.
We don’t have clients, but partners whose goals are treated as our own. We believe that a strong relationship can’t exist without being completely transparent and clear regarding every aspect of the collaboration, and we’re in the first line to guarantee this happens consistently.
