I’m Andrea Sevilla—a certified Lagree coach 🤸 and retreat host helping people reconnect to their bodies and remember who they are beneath the noise.

I’ve lived a few lives—law school grad, nanny, executive assistant. I’ve worked in fast-paced environments, built systems, supported big visions, and learned how to hold it all together.

But over time, I started craving something more real. More grounded. More mine.

Now, I teach Lagree at Snake & Twist, Paris’s most reknown studio, where I guide classes that are intense, intentional, and rooted in presence.

There’s also a project quietly taking shape behind the scenes—something close to my heart.

Schrijf je vacature alsof het een value proposition is in sales waarin je weet dat de prospect jouw service of product al gebruikt, maar bij een concurrent… 
 
⁉️Ga je focussen op alle features die de concurrent OOK heeft ? 
⁉️Ga je generalistisch te werk alsof dat elk klant exact hetzelfde is ?

And then they wait for the promotion.

But here’s the truth:
👉 You can have all of that and still not become a Sales Manager.

Why? Because the step to leadership needs:

The right mindset
The right skillset

People who actually move up already act like leaders.
