At NST, I rebuilt the revenue operating structure by automating a 48-step closed-won workflow, eliminating 98% of manual work, and creating unified PMO workspaces across every department. I coach a team of Regional Account Managers, streamline cross-team handoffs, and design systems that turn operational chaos into clarity and measurable growth.

I also run Morning Byte, where I apply the same RevOps mindset to help entrepreneurs and small businesses automate their GTM operations and build AI-powered engines that save time, tighten execution, and improve decision-making.

- Canadian territory saw 707% YOY growth attributed to my efforts. 
- Post-2022 promotion, 100/90 opportunities converted in my first quarter, 110/90 converted in my second, 126/90 in my third - amounted to $14.5 million in ARR. 
- Bi-weekly mentorship with the Director of Sales Engineering to self-sufficiently conduct technical product demonstrations 
- Worked with Sales Enablement team on helping sellers navigate a new CRM that was implemented, along with creating training videos on best practices using the Outreach sales tool

I’m motivated by the thrill of solving problems and the ability to create win-win situations. Sales isn’t just about hitting quotas. It’s about listening, understanding, and building trust. My goal is to ensure my clients feel empowered and supported in their decision-making process.  

Beyond my work at Fairwinds, I’m excited about exploring new ways to grow my sales acumen, and eventually leverage my entrepreneurial skills to build my own business.
