I coach a team of Regional Account Managers, streamline cross-team handoffs, and design systems that turn operational chaos into clarity and measurable growth.

I also run Morning Byte, where I apply the same RevOps mindset to help entrepreneurs and small businesses automate their GTM operations and build AI-powered engines that save time, tighten execution, and improve decision-making.
