I built something from scratch.

Morning Byte was my GTM lab, a daily AI-driven engine I created to turn complex market insights into structured outputs. It generated revenue. We had a podcast. That’s where I learned to think within LLM systems and how early adopters were leveraging this early. 

What are they keys?
Structure knowledge.
Automate intent.
Design consistent leverage.

But, then I paused it.
I wanted to test those skills in the real world.
So I went to a traditional industry that wasn't tech savvy.

What I found wasn’t a sales problem.
It was a systems problem. It blew my mind and I knew exactly how leading revenue teams organized the back end.

So I built.

Salesforce architecture.
Cross-team workflows.
Post-sales automation.

Not because I’m an engineer.

Because I understood the customer journey.
Because I could hear the friction.
Because I knew what reps actually needed to get verbal commits, and close more deals.

And it taught me something. It made me realize that we're in a time where system and process is functionally buildable and accessible, but the quality of the outcome is directly related to the intention of the builder. 

AI reduces the cost of access to knowledge work.
It does not reduce the cost of thinking.

It lowers the barrier to building.
It compresses execution.

But it does not reduce the cost of intention, clarity, or character.

That’s the part most sellers are missing.

You speak to customers daily.
You hear objections.
You see edge cases.
You understand nuance that technical teams don’t always see firsthand.

If you can translate that into system design, by golly you got leverage.

Not just communication.
Not just closing.
True system definition.
