Payroll: calculation of all 200 employees monthly payments; overtime hours, medical
leave payments, taxes calculation; monitor and analyze the payroll market, making sure
that the company maintains an attractive compensation for its employees; responsible
of ensuring the payroll packages comply with the legal requirements planning compensation
programs for all employees
