•	Ensure the automatic synchronization from LM to SAP of all operations on customers' balances, from the settlement of invoices with receipts from bank statements to manual clearing operations in the LM interface and automatic compensation.

•	Build a centralized electronic database where are scanned and archived the company’s documents plus have them physically archived in a dedicated space.
