You don’t need to be ready. 

The idea of “perfect timing” is a trap. 

Progress comes from starting, stumbling, and learning fast.

When you take that first step, expect it to be messy. 

Your first client call will be awkward. 
Your pricing might feel too high or too low. 
Your proposals may need rewriting. 

That’s normal and it’s how growth happens.

Here’s how to start building your business, even when you feel unprepared:

- Draft the proposal, action teaches faster than planning.

2/ Treat mistakes as feedback
- Every misstep reveals a gap you didn’t see.

4/ Build confidence iteratively

When teams resist change

Leaders often blame the wrong thing.

More communication.
More presentations.
More pressure to “get on board.”

But resistance rarely comes from the plan itself. 
It comes from how the change is led.

Here are 7 leadership behaviors that help teams move
from resistance to support:

Most leaders feel busy all day.

Very few spend time on what moves the team forward.

Leadership quietly becomes a cycle of reacting.

Emails, messages, meetings, requests.

Everything feels urgent.
Very little is truly important.

Over time, this creates a hidden problem.

A full calendar does not always mean progress.
