I worked on all aspects of talent management, from hiring to helping employees grow within the company. I also led efforts to build our employer brand, making our company a place where top talent wanted to work. Additionally, I worked on culture branding, ensuring that our workplace was known for being fun, inclusive, and driven by purpose.

Beyond the usual HR tasks, I organized community-building activities that helped everyone feel like they belonged and were part of something special. My goal is to create a young, enthusiastic, and motivated team that was eager to take on challenges and achieve great things together.

•Allocation of sponsor invoices in accordance with sponsor contracts: Time and 
Material, Pass Through Expense to the Invoicing analysts.
•Ensuring accurate and timely Intercompany invoicing.
•Oversee that complete and accurate invoice files and status tracking are 
maintained.

•Provide support to project analysts and project managers regarding sponsor 
invoice questions as necessary.

from them. Once the policy is approved the T&E specialist need to be informed of

•Ensure that the time sheet upload is undertaken as and when a request comes 
and it should be completed within the turn around time (TAT).
