I also led efforts to build our employer brand, making our company a place where top talent wanted to work. Additionally, I worked on culture branding, ensuring that our workplace was known for being fun, inclusive, and driven by purpose.

Beyond the usual HR tasks, I organized community-building activities that helped everyone feel like they belonged and were part of something special. My goal is to create a young, enthusiastic, and motivated team that was eager to take on challenges and achieve great things together.
