After spending 20+ years in the IT industry, I realized something important:

Most career problems are not caused by lack of skill.

In Feb 2025, I quit my corporate role to focus full-time on career coaching and education, specifically around topics that are rarely taught in schools, colleges, or corporate training programs.

•	Facilitating negative year-on-year net credit loss of INR 0.05%, formulating strategies to maintain non-performing assets & delinquency levels within budget.
•	Developing end-to-end collection process, enabling improved collection, liquidation, compliance, mitigating risk, minimizing delinquencies & maximizing return.
•	Executing initiatives like cost minimization, revenue enhancement & innovative strategies to track high-risk accounts as well as debt reduction through effective systems.
Zonal Collection Head – Unsecured | May 2014 – May 2017
•	Managed portfolio of Unsecured Products including Credit Cards, 
•	Coached & trained team  to ensure their collection techniques are aligned with current policy  due diligence & economic scenario.
•	 Monitored industry trends & developed a system MRR reached 3.5% in sustainable periods.
•	Reduced non-performing assets  provisioning through rigorous hard bucket reduction & preventing bucket movement.
•	Spearheaded the process for Cards impacting the negative non-performing assets growth by -3.5% for NCL & Loans.
Zonal Recovery Head | October 2010 – April 2014
•	Improved recovery rate by 3.5% & established a robust strategy for a new recovery vertical, through stakeholder negotiations & effective resource deployment.
•	Facilitated average recovery of INR 2-3.5 crores per month. Average Total Portfolio was INR 100 crores & MRR was 2-3.5%. 
•	Developed 2x more business opportunities by creating a profitable portfolio of unsecured loans.
•	Achieved highest resolution & maintained low flow rate (4%), high NPA release (25%) to maintain a safe zone for business progression.

Ensure smooth functioning of process flow in line with approved collections SOPs & periodic RCSA & KRI checks to assess risk of the same at Patna & Bihar for Maharishi Portfolio where NCL reduced to 12% from 69% within a span of 6 months 
•Ensure effective and efficient performance of the Unit to meet stated goals, minimize risks and optimize profits for the bank, subject to compliance with regulatory regulations.

• Managed the portfolio of all accounts under the  Mortgages (HL &  Loan against Property )
• Managed the collections for Loans against  property  portfolio for the Bank during the critical period and was closely involved in development of system to handle collections for the portfolio.

• Train/Coached new employees in a positive direction to ensure industry success
• Directly responsible for overseeing the leadership and management of the banks collection functions for the products managed.

PGDM in Digital Banking from the National Institute of Bank Management, an MBA from ICFAI University, and an EPGDIB from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
