Something fascinating happens when I meditate...

I go somewhere else. Yale confirms.

Where? That is up for debate. 

Everything feels connected. 
The noise in my head goes quiet. 
The ego, monkey brain, barking dog simmers down.

Mine is a husky and I call him Hank. 
Hank can be loud and mouthy at times.
Hank, go sit and be quiet.
