In recruiting for these positions I fully sourced and vetted associates ensuring they were matched with positions that fit their needs as well as the needs of the company. I excelled at communication with partners on both sides and handling any changes and human resource related discussions.                                                                                                                                        
•	Through correct client/associate matches I grew the Industrial desk profitability from $4,000 to $20,000 a week
