Most customers at Bito agree on one thing, the real value of AI in development shows up with legacy code. Writing new code (with or without AI) is rarely the challenge.

Tuesday was our highest volume day ever for Crescendo AI Assistant.  It’s the day after the biggest ecommerce day of the year for many of our customers.  The day when impatient consumers begin reaching out to customer support to check on the status of their orders: Why hasn’t it shipped? Will it make it in time for the big day, do I need to expedite shipping?   Oops, I noticed I selected the wrong size?

Here’s an actual bar chart graphic from our Crescendo cloud ops dashboard showing our full installed base conversation volume for the past 7 days.  The first bar is Thursday, Thanksgiving in the US.  Notice the dip in volume on “Black Friday” and again on “Cyber Monday” as consumers were busy buying, not researching or servicing.  Then we see a big jump the next day as they shift into service conversations.

Fortunately, all of these customers got immediate service from Crescendo AI and those with exceptional requests were helped by our super human team.
