In a world telling me to find alignment......I realized that was impossible. The work version of me didn't want to leave early to go be with the kiddos. The mom version of me didn't want to miss a moment with them. I wanted to be fiercely independent and yet also wanted to find love again. Much of my work sits at the intersection of identity, nervous system regulation, and decision-making. 

It doesn’t usually look like a crisis. More often, it looks like:

- decision fatigue and constant mental rehearsing  
- clarity that comes in moments but doesn’t hold  
- exhaustion that rest alone doesn’t resolve  
- pressure to keep moving without a clear sense of direction

With over 15 years as a consultant and advisor in finance, transactions, and deal-driven environments, I understand the internal weight of high-stakes decisions, tight timelines, and carrying responsibility while continuing to perform, alongside a longing for more ease and flow.

As a former professional beach volleyball player, discipline, presence, and self-mastery were central to how I operated. That lived experience informs how I work now, especially with people who are used to pushing forward even when something inside is asking for a different kind of attention.

This work isn’t about fixing or optimizing.

It’s about creating the inner conditions where clarity can return and the next step becomes visible and effortless, without force.
