Here’s my journey so far:

⚡️ At Docebo, I built & lead AI-powered audience insights and innovation labs that ship non-traditional demand-gen plays: 71% test win rate, +39% visitor→lead, +29% lead→SQO.

🎯 At Traction Rec, implemented demand-gen and ABM strategies, achieving a 10% account-to-pipeline conversion rate in three months through cross-functional collaboration.

🚀 At Safetec, drove a 400% pipeline increase and 600% revenue growth in two years by leading integrated demand-gen strategies.

📈 At WeColab, scaled the customer base 4.5x in one year by redefining growth marketing strategies and mentoring a high-performing team.

🌍 Volunteered in Ukraine, supporting local vegan businesses through market research and campaigns, while gaining invaluable cultural and professional insights.

🌱 Started my career 12+ years ago in B2B SaaS marketing as an intern, building expertise in marketing, targeted strategies, and granular audience insights for global companies like Samsung and Apple.

🏔 Outside of work, I’m passionate about learning, food, video games, mental health, and playing and supporting women’s soccer.

First time I saw Docebo's new look and feel, I had one thought:
“That’s the kind of company I want to work for.”

And voilà! Here we are, in our Neo(n) Renaissance. 💜

Because yes, it’s a new brand. New messaging. New site.
But it’s also… a new feeling.

You know it:
- that teenage, hallway “oh wow” when your crush walks by
- the first bite of something ridiculously good
- that drop on a rollercoaster where you can’t help but smile

That’s the energy this launch carries. 

And it didn’t happen because we chose “safe.” Most companies optimize for acceptable. This team optimized for memorable.

I just fell in love with app development again.

It felt like crushed garlic being rammed up a vampire's nose until last Tuesday.

What happened?

I was arriving home from the ski hill when Chelann asked me if we could build something better that took less time to manage. 

As our CoFounder/COO, she asked if I had heard of Replit (which you can talk with to create apps)

And if I could put something together better than our functional-but-ugly Google Sheets/Typeform/Looker Studio Reporting/Ticketing setup.

"Uhhhhmmm, that sounds like a pretty big project. Not sure the tech is there yet."

Chelann: "Well I might have mentioned to our new client that we're working on an app for them."

"Oh, well - we could probably whip up something. When do you need it operational?"

Chelann: "Err, a week?! :D"

"A WEEK?!"

But Chelann drew up the scope of required features, and I put my dusty UX hat back on.

"maybe it's possible" I thought.

Everything I used to love about developing software came rushing back:

- The vision of the end result
- Building a roadmap
- Solving a problem
- Obsessing over the user experience


My usual obstacles:

- Finessing and deploying features
- Getting people to test it
- Debugging
- Basic coding hygiene
- Mystical compiler errors

Easier, unnecessary, or at least much more enjoyable!

I didn't have to write a lick of code.

Anything beyond a web application might be too much heavy lifting for Replit.

But I'm impressed.

In under a week, we've developed an app that would have cost $30k-$50k and 10X the time to develop 5 years ago.

It's being stress-tested by our team, and it's running its own QA checks. 

It's just about ready for a Beta launch with the client this week.

I can hardly believe it. 

It's got a ticketing system, team- and client-side secure logins with different access levels, an AI agent (Stork) accessible for admins to make key changes, account 'flight control' dashboards, and fully branded with client colours.

It's clean, presentable, and it just works.

Dozens of team hours will go to higher leverage tasks in February.

Devs might be rolling their eyes at this, but I'm stunned!

Truly amazed!

The gap between having an idea and a piece of software has never been smaller.

Looks like this leap forward is going to give us time to stop and smell the roses. Or in my case, more snowboarding.
