Moon est une chaîne de coffee-shop sur le thème de la conquête spatiale dont les produits phares sont la viennoiserie artisanale et du café de qualité.

Notre entreprise s'appuie sur 4 piliers clés : le produit, la marque, l'immobilier et la technologie.

Nous nous concentrons sur l'alliance de la tradition artisanale et de l'innovation pour créer une entreprise créative, durable et compétitive, capable de faire face aux défis de demain.

Notre ambition est d'ouvrir 100 spots à travers le monde d'ici à 7 ans.

Fille de Chef, globe-trotteuse, et entrepreneuse, j'ai toujours aimé découvrir les saveurs du monde ! 

Diplômée d'une école de cinéma avec une option réalisation et d'une école de médecine chinoise, puis j'ai continué a complété mon parcours par des formations sur des sujets qui me passionnent : business & design.

Mes compétences sont à l'intersection des sciences, de la création, du business, et me permettent de proposer une approche originale et innovante dans tous mes projets.

—> j'ai d'abord travaillé en tant qu'indépendante
 —> puis j'ai créé mon agence de création digitale
 —> avant de fusionner avec ma dernière entreprise dans laquelle nous avons créé un réseau social autour de la culture et des centres d’intérêts 
—> dont nous avons pivoté le projet vers une brique technologique qui permet en quelques clics de créer la pub de demain : plus interactive et immersive.

Depuis mon exit en avril dernier, j’ai investi quelques tickets sur des start-up et dans l'immobilier.

Je lance à présent Moon, ma 3ᵉ aventure. 

Inspiré par l’astrophysique et la conquête de l’espace, Moon est une chaine de coffee-shop qui souhaite promouvoir une expérience foodtech mémorable.

J'imagine un monde où nous pourrons déguster un croissant chaud et une boisson de qualité constante, peu importe où nous nous trouvons, afin de nous réconforter et accompagner dans les petits moments de la journée.

En ce moment, je profite de cette première victoire avec mon cercle proche, mon équipe, ma famille. 

Je prépare la prochaine étape de l’aventure : 

- rebranding totale (j’ai trop hâte de vous dévoiler cette partie) 

- l’ouverture de la partie 2 avec agrandissement de la production et des places assises. 

- la signature d’un 3 eme lieu (on garde encore le quartier de recherche secret)

I've always loved stories and media. In college, I studied:
• Cinema
• Journalism
• Graduated with a degree in History
• And earned a Master's degree in Web Marketing and Communication

I spent 6 months writing my thesis about Gamification 🕹️ My goal: to demonstrate that video games can enhance the appeal of lesser-known destinations and transform our online communication methods 💪 (a little-known masterpiece, if you ask me...) 😄

Before becoming a freelancer, I worked for various companies in different industries (events, education, online sales). Our marketing efforts helped my collaborators expand their reach to new audiences, improve their online reputation, and boost their sales!
