Created and pioneered account upsell and retention strategies across enterprise health system accounts, resulting in 110% quota attainment equaling $3.2M in annual recurring revenue.
Led complex upsell deals and served as the internal “quarterback” amongst technical implementation, customer success, support, and product teams generating over $1 million in pipeline generation.
Leveraged business intelligence data (PowerBI, Tableau) to identify $2 million in additional billable revenue, developed capture strategy, and led initiative to scale project across the entire existing customer base.

Outside of work, I’m an advocate for mental health awareness, neurodiversity, and work-life balance. I've had my share of ups and downs, including a tough period of unemployment, which taught me resilience and self-awareness. These experiences drive my passion for creating supportive, employee-centric cultures.

I began my career on the front line, where I saw how vulnerable moments could define an entire customer experience. 

Whether it was a caller in crisis or an agent managing a tough conversation, it became clear to me that how we respond in those moments builds or breaks trust.

That is where my passion for improving customer experience, compliance and communication began.

In 2013, I launched my own compliance business, helping organisations build integrity into their operations while meeting commercial goals. Since then, I have continued to evolve, recently qualifying in Financial Crime Risk with the International Compliance Association, and deepening my focus on how empathy, process and strategy work together to create better outcomes for both customers and teams.

Over time, I developed a strong go-to-market mindset, understanding how to position products and services that not only meet market demand but also respect regulation, ethics and the human experience. I enjoy working at that intersection where innovation meets responsibility.

Today, as a Partnership Lead in the AI industry, I help businesses bring technology to market in a way that enhances, not replaces, human connection. I focus on partnerships that bridge cutting-edge AI with real-world needs, especially where understanding, care and compliance are non-negotiable.

Because as automation grows, one thing remains constant: human understanding is still the most valuable differentiator in any go-to-market strategy.
